Subcontractor agrees to furnish all permits, labor, materials, taxes, insurance, tools, equipment and services necessary for performance of the work as described below and as further detailed in plans by:
1. SCOPE OF WORK.

Tim Grunwald began his 35 plus years in the construction industry framing houses and performing finish
trim carpentry while in high school and college in the late 1970’s and early 80’s. Upon graduation from
East Carolina University in 1987 Tim was hired by Armada Hoffler Construction Company in Chesapeake
Virginia where his duties were field superintendent and site manager. In 1994 Tim was hired by a
commercial general contractor in Norfolk where his responsibilities were project management and
estimating. In 1997 Tim made the transition to an outside sales representative for Carolina Builders
selling building materials.
In 2013 Tim started Greenwood Building LLC a commercial and residential general contracting business
and is currently owner operator. Greenwood building has successfully completed over 20 million dollars
of commercial and residential construction projects in the Hampton Roads area.
